At Creative Change e.V., we believe that a better world can be built by strengthening the unity of humanity. Our organisation was founded to address social challenges and respond to the needs of our time.
We recognise the challenges facing our society: fear, loneliness, limited opportunities for participation and social development, a lack of perspective, competitiveness, materialism, limiting beliefs, prejudice, fragmented thinking, and the egoism that often causes us to lose sight of the bigger picture.
Our mission is to promote and implement programmes that strengthen unity in diversity, unlock human potential, and build on existing values. We aim to make democracy tangible and encourage positive thinking.
At Creative Change e.V., we cultivate a culture characterised by a non-judgmental attitude, a dynamic team, passion, and continuous development. We take a systemic perspective and foster a respectful and appreciative culture of dialogue. Consultation and reflection help us make collective decisions and turn challenging situations into valuable learning experiences.
The following values form the foundation of our work, both internally and externally: reliability, mindfulness, collaboration, innovation, encouragement, resilience, optimism, and trust.
We are passionately committed to creating a better world. Our vision is to drive positive change and help build a sustainable and inclusive society.
At Creative Change e.V., we see every person as a unique individual with immense potential. We believe that everyone is capable of taking responsibility for themselves and their surroundings and of actively contributing to the development of a peaceful and democratic society.
Through our programmes, we create spaces where participants can develop their creative abilities while learning to recognise conflicts and resolve them constructively, and to contribute to a positive sense of community. We firmly believe that democracy education should not only provide theoretical knowledge but also foster practical experience and emotional intelligence.
Our work is guided by universal values such as the unity of humanity, equality, and the rejection of all forms of prejudice. We are firmly committed to recognising and nurturing the potential of children, young people, and adults, regardless of their background or social circumstances. We believe that every person possesses positive qualities and that it is important to recognise and appreciate them.
