Social condition

Youth unemployment in Europe remains a pressing issue. Many young people struggle with a lack of direction and limited career prospects. Loneliness, insufficient resources and a hortage of social structures make it difficult for them to recognize and develop their skills and potential. There is an urgent societal need to provide these young people with supportso that they can grow into confident, active citizens of Europe. Germany participates in the the new EU initiative ALMA ('Aim, Learn, Master, Achieve') through the JUVENTUS program, which is specifically designed to address this societal need.

Our goal

Creative Change e.V. has developed the EuroBridge project within the framework of the JUVENTUS program. Its main objective is to expand the professional opportunities of young unemployed and job-seeking individuals and to sustainably integrate them into the labor market. Creative Change e.V. aims to support them in discovering and further developing their potential, enabling them to confidently and effectively face both professional and personal challenges.

Our Core Values

The 'EuroBridge' project is characterized by creativity and theatre education, with a strong focus on group cohesion and and collective development We value encouraging interactions active participation within the team and fostering collaborations. We view mistakes as learning opportunities and provide space for guidance, action, and reflection. Together, we tackle challenges and continuously grow and develop.

Through our work, we help young people find orientation, develop confidence and feel supported within a community. We strengthen their ability to act and assist them in recognizing and developing their goals and potential. We open doors to new realities and promote dialogue with different cultures. In doing so, we place special emphasis on civic education and the development of friendships, which foster a deeper sense of cohesion and responsibility.

We are committed to helping young people strengthen their resilience and emerge from this program with confidence, so that they are prepared to face the challenges of the labor market and life.

Our Approach

Creative Change e.V. believes in the transformative power of international experiences. Within the framework of EuroBridge, we offer young adults the opportunity to complete internships in European countries. This is achieved through:

Intensive pre- and post-preparation

In close collaboration with the respective job centers, we prepare participants for their internships abroad and ensure continuous support. After their return, we reflect on the experiences gained and assist them in integrating these lessons sustainably into their daily lives and professional careers

Social-pedagogical Support

Throughout the entire process, participants receive intensive social-pedagogical support, helping them navigate their new environment and overcome challenges.

Creativity and Drama Education

Our programs are characterized by creativity and theatre education, which help participants strengthen their social and intercultural skills. We create an environment that fosters confidence, empathy, and trust, where each individual is encouraged to actively participate, take responsibility, and build new friendships.
