From a young age, I have envisioned contributing to the creation of a democratic and solidarity-driven society. I firmly believe that young people have the potential to actively engage in societal issues.
In both my professional work and personal engagement, I aim for the same goals: promoting equal opportunities, combating prejudice, and fighting discrimination. Education for a fairer world should begin as early as possible, which is why I support Creative Change.
As a board member of Creative Change, I am dedicated to shaping a promising future by empowering the younger generation, engaging them actively in societal change, and inspiring everyone to contribute to social progress.
I am proud to be part of the Creative Change team. Particularly in today’s times, it becomes evident that living in a democratic society is a privilege. As a team, we work together to instill democratic values from an early age.
From my own experience, I understand how impactful professional challenges can be. This is why I aim to inspire, present opportunities, and broaden perspectives. With my team, I support people in finding their path and developing self-confidence.
A diverse and harmonious coexistence forms an important foundation of our democracy. At Creative Change, I can use my expertise to promote mutual exchange, so that differences between people are seen as an enrichment.
Working at Creative Change has taught me to recognize the needs of young people and make sure they are met. In this way, I can actively help promote the potential of all members of our society.
It is vital for young people to recognize their potential, and equally important to provide them with the opportunities to realize it. I aim to contribute to this through my work.
Humans are fundamentally cooperative and essentially good. Creative Change’s work with children and youth confirms this for me, and we strive to give young people the chance to contribute to a more solidaristic world.
